FIREFIGHTERS fought a blaze which ripped through two gardens at Trimley St Mary at lunch-time today.
Two crews from Felixstowe attended the incident in Tylers Green and fought the blaze with water from four hoses, preventing it from spreading to any of the houses in the area.
The blaze damaged 20 metres of wooden garden fencing, two sheds and a row of conifer trees.
At this stage it is not known how the fire started.
The crews were called at 12.22pm and the fire was out by 12.57pm.
The firefighters then spent around 30 minutes at the scene damping down and ensuring the fire was properly out.
