Firefighters clear up spill

Firefighters cleared up a spillage of sodium hydroxide in Ipswich tonight.The spill happened on the pathway in Copleston Road at just before 8.15pm.Firefighters used shovels and oil absorbent to clear up the spill.

Crews from Ipswich, Holbrook, Woodbridge and Haverhill were called to the scene.
