One person was rescued from a house fire in Kessingland on Sunday night.

It broke out just before 11pm in Kipling Close, and crews from Lowestoft South and Wrentham were sent to the scene.

They helped one person from the house and brought the blaze under control by around 11.30pm.

The condition of the person rescued is not known.
