A SCOUT leader is calling on former members of the group to come forward and join the celebrations to mark the opening of their new home.
Merlin Carr, chairman of the 1st Eye Scout Group, sent in this picture taken in the early 1970s, at a 1st Eye Scout Group camp at the Henham Estate, near Southwold.
He would like to hear from as many of the “Scouts up a tree” as possible, so that they can be involved in the opening of a new Scout hut.

Meanwhile, in our own archives, we found a photo showing Lambing Sunday at Fornham taken in February 1985.
