AN INQUEST into the death of a 54-year-old man whose body was discovered in his flat in Cavendish has been opened and adjourned today.
Police have named the man whose body was found in a property in High Street on Monday afternoon as Martin Wright.
He was found in a bedroom by a landlord who had become concerned after hearing an alarm sounding.
A paper-only exercise into the death was opened and adjourned at the Coroner's Office at Bury St Edmunds Police Station this afternoon.
A police investigation was launched following the discovery but officers later said the death is not being treated as suspicious.
