FIREFIGHTERS evacuated two flats in Clacton after fire broke out in a car showroom.
The fire was reported in North Road at 3.13am this morning.
Fire crews had extinguished the fire by 3.38am but stayed on scene for 20 minutes ventilating the building before allowing people to return to their flats.
