Middlesbrough striker Marlon King was charged today in connection with the alleged incident in a London club on December 7.
He will appear at the City of Westminster magistrates' court on February 25 on charges of assault occasioning actual bodily harm and sexual assault by touching.
King, 28, is on loan at Middlesbrough from Wigan Athletic. He was on loan at Hull City at the time of the alleged incident.
