Roads policing officers are appealing for information following a serious crash, which left a driver suffering from serious head and arm injuries.
Emergency services were called to the collision between a grey Ford S-Max and a blue Land Rover along the B1106 in Fornham All Saints at about 2.15pm on Tuesday.
A woman in her 30s who was driving the Ford was taken by ambulance to Addenbrooke’s Hospital in Cambridge where she is still receiving treatment.
Police would like to hear from anyone who had been in the area prior to or when the collision occurred.
Calls should be made to Pc Terry Harvey at Bury St Edmunds Roads Policing and Firearms Operations Unit on 101 quoting CAD 231 of 16/9/14.
