A crash involving four cars has blocked the A12 southbound and is causing delays.
One lane is blocked and is causing long queues due to the accident, which happened between Junction 25 London Road and B1024 London Road.
Lane two is blocked. Travel time is estimated to be around 30 minutes in that area.
Some congestion has also been reported on the northbound carriageway as people slow to look at the crash.
It is not known if there are any injuries at this time.
The East of England Ambulance Service has been contacted.
