POLICE were called to the A14 at Purdis Farm, near Nacton, this morning after two separate accidents involving a total of four cars.

No one is believed to have been hurt in the collision, which happened on the eastbound carriageway just before 8.50am.
A spokeswoman for Suffolk police said it appeared as if there had been two separate shunts involving a Toyota Yarris, Mercedes Sprint panel van, a Ford Fiesta and a Peugeot 207.
She said the accident was cleared fairly quickly and that all the cars were moved off the road.
