Four men were last night charged over the alleged false imprisonment and assault of two males in the Forest Heath area.
Two men in their 20s were allegedly driven from Mildenhall to Sedge Fen and subjected to “assaults and other abuse” on August 20, police said.
Gary Buckley, 18, of Willow Park, Beck Row; Ronald Vinden, 18, of Waterside, Isleham; Michael Jones, 20, of Sedge Fen; and a 16-year-old male from the Ely area, have been detained on charges of false imprisonment and assault.
They are due before magistrates in Bury St Edmunds today.
A 22-year-old man from the Brandon area was also arrested and has been released on police bail to return to Bury Police Station on November 3.
