A woman was left with a dislocated shoulder after being hit by a four-wheel-drive while walking along a Suffolk road.

The pedestrian was taken to hospital after being hit by the vehicle as she walked with two young children and pushed a buggy along the pavement in Yarmouth Road, Ufford.

The silver four-wheel-drive did not stop at the scene of the collision, which happened opposite the St Audry’s Park Road junction at about 4.30pm on Monday, November 30.
