This week they battled it out to see who had the worst Christmas jumper, and collected donations for the eight days a week appeal for Suffolk Family Carers.

More than 200 people, many wearing their seasonal sweaters, packed into St Mary le Tower Church, Ipswich for the Archant Suffolk Concert of Carols, raising £550 for the cause.

Denise Hales spread some festive joy and also showed her support for the appeal by completely covering her mother-in-laws home, in Creeting St Mary, in fairy lights and fake snow. The family are asking those who come to admire the lights to make a donation to the Suffolk Family Carers.
