A fundraiser with a festive twist is thought to have raised at least £3,000 for St Nicholas Hospice Care.
People turned out in force on Saturday for the Festive Forest Challenge at King’s Forest, near Thetford.
Personal trainer Kevin Marshall, of Positive Steps Personal Training, organised the event which saw people run, Nordic walk or walk routes of six, 13 or 20 miles.
Georgina Bissell, community fundraising manager at St Nicholas Hospice Care, based in Bury St Edmunds, said: “The seasonal spirit was in full force, with lots of people wearing festive jumpers and dressing up for the challenge. “It was wonderful to see more than 200 people brave a chilly November morning to take on various running and walking challenges.
“We’d like to thank everyone who took part and worked hard to make it such a great event.”
