HUNDREDS of runners were out and about early yesterday morning to take part in the annual Woodbridge fun run.
More than 600 people pounded the streets in the 10k run, with hundreds more cheering them on despite the rainy conditions.
As well as the more competitive runners, some participants came in fancy dress, including tutus and decorated bras.
There was also the children's one-mile fun run which was once again oversubscribed.
Roger Hobson, race director, said: “Each year we give money to charity.
“This year we chose Just 42, Suffolk Breakthrough Breast Cancer and the British Red Cross. Each of them will receive 1,200. It was a very good turn-out today.”
