Photography students at West Suffolk College have produced a series of works for their university interviews in the New Year, using the sights, sounds and moods of Suffolk as their inspiration.
The students, in their first term of the University of Arts London level 3 photography course at West Suffolk College, had to choose an idea, image, piece of writing or music that inspired them and then create a photograph in response.
Course Leader Nathan Terry explains: “The students have generated a large body of exciting and diverse lens based image making and are currently working on their portfolios ready for university interviews after Christmas.”
Last year every Art and Design student at West Suffolk College who applied to university was offered a university place, he added.
