THREE people arrested following a violent clash between two groups in an Ipswich street have been released on bail.

THREE people arrested following a violent clash between two groups in an Ipswich street have been released on bail.

The arrests followed a brawl which took at the junction of Marlow Road and Ulster Avenue on Friday evening.

A 16-year-old boy was arrested on suspicion of violent disorder and a public order offence in Antrim Road.

A 19-year-old male, from Ipswich was arrested on suspicion of affray and a 21-year-old man, not 29 as previously stated, was also taken into custody on suspicion of violent disorder, possession of an offensive weapon and possession of controlled drugs in Lovetofts Drive.

All three were released on police bail to return to Ipswich Police Station on September 17.
