A GERMAN man has denied the murder of a Suffolk student who was found with fatal stab wounds in his flat last year.
David Heiss, 21, of Schwimmbad, in Limburg, appeared in Nottingham Crown Court this morning to plead not guilty to the murder of Matthew Pyke.
The 20-year-old, from Stowmarket, was attending university in the Midlands city when he was found dead in his city centre flat.
Heiss, who was extradited from Germany in November, was remanded in custody until his trial in Nottingham on April 27.
