A 12-YEAR-OLD girl has been taken to hospital with a broken ankle after being involved in a collision with a car outside a primary school.
The East of England Ambulance Service was called to Chelmondiston Primary School, on Woodlands on the Shotley peninsula, at around 3.20pm.
A spokeswoman said a 12-year-old girl had been in collision with a car and was taken to Ipswich Hospital with leg and feet injuries.
A spokesman for Suffolk police said officers were called by the ambulance service.
The car involved was a blue Ford Mondeo and the girl suffered a broken ankle and minor cuts.
