ORGANISERS of the second FolkEast festival are promising to bring the best in local and international artists to the ancient parkland surrounding a Suffolk stately home.

This August bank holiday sees the return of FolkEast to Glemham Hall, near Woodbridge, where the musical line-up will be spread across seven different venues, including a 3,000 capacity main tent and two other music stages.

Smaller venues will throw ceilidhs and workshops, alongside folk sessions on the arena and campsite.

Event producer John Marshall-Potter said the line-up would represent folk music from the past, present, and from around the world.
