Police have named a woman who died after being a collision with a car in Great Cornard on Friday evening.
Christine Ward, who was 74, was crossing Head Road when she was involved in the incident with a Honda around 6.55pm.
She was taken to West Suffolk Hospital but died en route.
Police are investigating the crash and are keen to hear from anyone who witnessed it.
