A diver who died following an incident off the coast of Suffolk has been named as Christopher Vanstone, 49, from Brixton.
Mr Vanstone was airlifted from Hamilton Docks, Great Yarmouth, to the James Paget hospital on Friday afternoon but was pronounced dead on arrival.
A post mortem examination carried out at the hospital at the weekend has confirmed that Mr Vanstone died from drowning.
Police said there were no suspicious circumstances and that his fellow divers, and those on board the boat, made extensive efforts to save his life.
The incident continues to be investigated on behalf of the coroner, and an inquest will be held in due course.
