A woman had to be pulled out of the River Yare overnight by a team from the coastguard.
Norfolk Police requested assistance at 1.10am when the woman was discovered in the water close to Haven Bridge.
An RNLI inshore lifeboat was called to locate her.
When the woman was found she was taken to shore by the lifeboat and handed over to a waiting ambulance crew.
