Railway services between London and Ipswich and between Ipswich and Colchester have been cancelled after a person was hit by a train.
The incident happened at Seven Kings, near Ilford.
Greater Anglia has listed dozens of cancellations of services to and from London on their website.
The 18.16 Colchester to Colchester Town service, due at 18.26, and the 20.22 Ipswich to Colchester service, due at 20.45, have also been cancelled.
