Firefighters used a specialist winch to rescue a horse after it became stuck.
Crews with expert equipment from Princes Street, Ipswich, and Lowestoft South were mobilised to help the animal after it became trapped between two stable blocks at Pond Hall Road, Hadleigh.
The first crew arrived at the scene at 2.30pm and liaised with a vet over the horse’s condition.
Crews used low and high pressure airbags, and a winch to release the horse by 4.45pm.
