The incident happened on Lord’s Croft Lane outside Tesco, Haverhill at about 10.15am on Friday August 31.
A silver Ford Focus and a black Ford Focus collided before the silver Ford then collided with a grey Mitsubishi Outlander.
The male driver of the Ford Focus, aged in his 70s, was taken to hospital for treatment to his injuries.
Anyone who witnessed the incident should contact Suffolk Constabulary on 101, quoting CAD 99 of August 31 2018.
