POLICE are appealing for information after four vans were broken into in Haverhill.
The incidents all took place overnight between Thursday and Friday, with two in Hales Barn Road, one in Arrendene Road and one in Brickfields.
The first offence in Hales Barn Road involved a white Peugeot Expert van which was parked in the street.
The offender has smashed the front offside window to gain entry to the cabin and then the rear of the van. A yellow and black DeWalt 12V drill was stolen.
In the other incident in Hales Barn Road the offender has managed to force the lock of a white Volkswagen Crafter van, which was also parked in the street, gaining entry to the front cabin. They were not able to access the rear of the van and so no items were stolen.
In Arrendene Road, a white Vauxhall Vivaro van parked on a driveway had its offside front window smashed, again allowing access to the cabin and then the rear of the van. A yellow and black DeWalt self-levelling laser and a blue Bosch 36V drill were stolen.
The final incident occurred in Brickfields where a white Vauxhall Vivaro van parked in the street also had its front side window smashed. The rear of the van was accessed and an Exfo multimeter power reader was stolen.
