POLICE in Haverhill are appealing for witnesses after a thief stole a large quantity of frozen meat and some hanging baskets.
The theft happened at around 1am on Friday, January 4 in Chauntry Road, Haverhill.
The offender entered the rear garden of the house and gained entry to a shed where a freezer was opened and a large quantity of frozen meat was taken.
Two metal hanging baskets were also stolen from the garden.
A vehicle was heard leaving the area at around the same time.
Police would like to hear from anyone who noticed any suspicious activity in the area or anyone who knows the whereabouts of the items stolen.
