FIREFIGHTERS tackled some heath land on fire off Bucklesham Road in Ipswich.A crew from Colchester Road attended Purdis Heath at 4.55pm where they found 100sqm of heath on fire.

FIREFIGHTERS tackled some heath land on fire off Bucklesham Road in Ipswich today.

A crew from Colchester Road attended Purdis Heath at 4.55pm where they found 100sqm of heath on fire.

They extinguished the blaze and the incident was over by 5.20pm.
