An RAF crew from Suffolk was back at base today after helping with the search for a vulnerable woman on the Norfolk coast.
An RAF crew from Suffolk was back at base today after helping with the search for a vulnerable woman on the Norfolk coast.
The Sea King helicopter from Wattisham Airfield was alerted at around 7pm yesterday after the woman was reported missing in Cromer.
Police and coastguards in Norfolk carried out mainland and shoreline searches.
The woman, who is believed to be in her 40s, was found at around 8.45pm after making a phone call and giving a rough description of her location.
