September 12/13 is the opening weekend of the HighTide arts festival, this year returning to Suffolk in a new location: Aldeburgh.
Plays, face-to-face talks with well-known actors such as Christopher Ecclestone and comedy will grace the idyllic coastal town.
More than 30 events will take place across eight venues, with the first shows beginning on Thursday (September 10) and running through until September 20.
Our live feed from the festival on September 12 will give you a taste of the first weekend with reviews and the thoughts of those in the audience.
