AS blustering gales batter Suffolk this morning the Port of Felixstowe has closed.
Operation Stack is in place with lorries are currently being held on the old A45 in Levington.
The traffic plan is designed to relieve congestion on the A14.
A Suffolk police spokesman confirmed because of the weather conditions the scheme has been put into action.
