Intruders who broke in to the premises of a business in Suffolk are being hunted by police.
A wooden gate was sawn through to remove a padlock and a barrier to gain entry to the commercial premises in Barrow Road, Higham, between 7pm on Monday and 7am on Tuesday.
A Suffolk Constabulary spokesman said: “After failing to force open a metal door on an outbuilding, the offenders then tried to break through the side panels of the building, but on doing so activated the burglar alarm causing them to flee without stealing anything.”
Witnesses or people with information relating to this incident are urged to call police on 101.
