The second prisoner who went missing from Hollesley Bay overnight has handed himself in to Essex Police.
Suffolk police were contacted just after 2.35pm by Essex officers who reported Paul Devereux had handed himself in and was being held in custody at Colchester.
He went missing from Hollesley overnight between Sunday, September 8, and the following morning.
Jonathan Ewing, who left the prison at the same time, was recaptured last night, after being found in Essex.
Both men are to be returned to the prison system.
