A 21-YEAR-old will today appear in court charged with sexually assaulting a 14-year-old girl.
The charge comes in the wake of an alleged incident in Sudbury town centre late on Saturday night.
Rafael Fornari Matesco, 21, and of no fixed abode, has been remanded in police custody to appear before magistrates in Bury St Edmunds this morning.
