A vehicle has broken down on the A12 at Horn Hill, causing an obstruction on the road.

Police were called at 3:45pm this afternoon, Friday, March 16, to reports of a highway obstruction at Horn Hill in Lowestoft.

It was reported that a vehicle heading southbound on the inside lane had broken down, causing minor traffic delays.

A recovery vehicle is attending the scene, where there appears to be some oil spilled on the road.

A spokesperson for Suffolk Constabulary said police could not confirm when the road would be cleared.
