STOKE skipper Jason Bunyan suffered a broken arm in the hard fought 49-41 win over Berwick at Loomer Road.
Bunyan crashed in the final race of the Premier League match against the Bandits and was taken to the University Hospital of North Staffordshire.
Potters chief Dave Tattum said: “The news is not good as we’ve now had confirmation that Jason has broken his arm. His arm was put into plaster and he was kept in hospital overnight and will undergo an operation on the arm later this morning.”
