A WOMAN has been taken to hospital today after a horse fell on her leg in Newmarket.
The accident happened at the Warren Hill Gallops in Moulton Road at just after 10.30am.
The 24-year-old woman was taken to the West Suffolk Hospital for X-rays. It was not clear how serious her injuries were.
Meanwhile also in Newmarket a man had a lucky escape when he was unhurt after his car rolled into a hedge in Exning Road.
The crash happened at just before 11am and the driver suffered seat belt injuries which were treated on the scene by paramedics.
