A fun-packed event – featuring a variety of entertainment and activities – will take place at the weekend to celebrate a hospice’s services and support in Haverhill.

The event, which has been organised by St Nicholas Hospice Care, is being held at the charity’s hub in Camps Road on Saturday from midday to 3pm.

Activities will include treasure hunts, face painting, a cake stand, a raffle, as well as information about services and tours of the building.

The celebration will mark a year since the charity brought more of its services into the Camps Road building – which now homes its retail shop and café and a number of support groups.

Visitors to the event will also have the opportunity to find out more about the services and support the hospice offers in the town.
