More hot weather is in store for Suffolk and north Essex today and tomorrow with temperatures approaching 30C (86F) in some places.
Forecasters are predicting a dry day across the region with long sunny spells, although onshore breezes will keep coastal areas slightly cooler.
It will stay warm in the evening, with some long clear spells and winds staying light.
Monday is expected to be another hot day with some good sunny spells, but more cloudy later in the day. There is also the risk of the odd heavy shower developing.
Sunny intervals and scattered heavy and possibly thundery showers are predicted from Tuesday to Thursday – and it will a bit feel cooler with temperatures at 23C/24C (73-75F).
