Two fire engines were called to a house fire in Haverhill in Suffolk tonight.
Firefighters put out a “small” fire inside a house in Fritton Court. They were called at 9.53pm tonight (Wednesday, November 29) and the fire was out “within a matter of minutes”, a fire brigade spokesman said.
She confirmed there was no-one trapped or anyone injured.
She said: “Crews didn’t have to use a hose reel. They only had to use backpacks (backpack fire extinguishers).”
Suffolk Constabulary were not called to the incident, a force spokesman said.
