A dog agility show was one of the highlights of this year’s Drinkstone village fete and hundreds of people turned out to enjoy the various attractions.
The Lowestoft Dog Display Team wowed crowds at the event, which also saw a classic car show, stalls, a tombola, children’s games and a beekeeper.
The theme for this year’s event was dogs, and a variety of different breeds also featured in the fete’s dog show, which was judged in six categories.
A special beer, appropriately named Hair of the Dog, was also produced for the event by Rougham-based Bartrams Brewery.
Robin Sharp, chairman of the fete committee, said: “It went really well, we had a little bit of rain but it didn’t affect the day.
“The theme for this year’s event was dogs and a lot of people brought theirs to the fete.
“The Lowestoft dog agility display was a lot of fun and we have raised about £1,700 for the village hall fund.”
