POLICE are today appealing for help in tracing a Hollesley Bay prisoner who absconded earlier this week.Robert Burke, 42, who was serving a five-year sentence for grievous bodily harm, was last seen around lunchtime on Wednesday and was found to be missing at around 5.
POLICE are today appealing for help in tracing a Hollesley Bay prisoner who absconded earlier this week.
Robert Burke, 42, who was serving a five-year sentence for grievous bodily harm, was last seen around lunchtime on Wednesday and was found to be missing at around 5pm.
He is described as white, around 5ft 8ins, of thin build, with short, receding brown hair and brown eyes.
He has connections to the Stanmore area of Middlesex.
If anyone sees Burke they should phone the police with the details and not take any further action.
Anyone who may have seen him or who may have information about where he is now, should call Suffolk Police on 01473 613500 or contact their nearest police station.
