A motorcyclist involved in a collision with a van in Cressing in August which claimed the life of his wife has also died.
Gary Vincent, 51, of Braintree, and his wife Joanne Vincent, 47, were riding a black Honda motorcyle in Ashes Road on Monday, August 14, when they were involved in a crash with a white Ford Transit van.
A white Mercedes Sprinter van was also involved in the collision.
Mrs Vincent died at the scene but her husband was rushed to Addenbrooke’s Hospital in Cambridge before being transferred to the Broomfield Hospital.

A 70-year-old man remains under investigation on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving and causing serious injury by dangerous driving.
A 44-year-old man also arrested has now been released without charge and faces no further action.
An inquest into Mr Vincent’s death will be opened in due course.
