Essex’s Stacey Solomon is set to switch on the Christmas lights at Freeport Braintree.
The evening of festivities will take place on Thursday, November 16.
From 4pm there will be a series of family-friendly activities and entertainment for children - you can pose for a picture in Santa’s giant chair and meet the reindeer.
Martin and Su from Heart FM will be on the main stage from 6pm building crowd anticipation, ready for the 7.30pm switch on.
Freeport Braintree’s centre manager, Josef O’Sullivan, said: “Stacey is one of the most recognisable TV stars coming to light up Freeport and kick start the festive period – and she’s an Essex girl too!
“There is something for all the family to enjoy throughout the event, so it is well worth coming along to join in the fun whilst also scoring top brownie points for finding some terrific gifts for friends and family.”
The Loose Women host is also appearing in the Southend Cliffs Pavillon panto, Jack and the Beanstalk, this year.
