A CONTROLLED explosion has been carried out in Ipswich town centre after a suspect package was found in a shop.
A CONTROLLED explosion has been carried out in Ipswich town centre after a suspect package was found in a shop.
The package was found in Debenhams in Westgate Street at 10am. The store was evacuated and much of the surrounding area was cleared.
The area is still cordoned off.
