THE inquest of a Suffolk chef whose body was found washed up on a Spanish beach has been opened and adjourned today.
Mark Porter, 29, of Haverhill Road, Little Wratting, near Haverhill is thought to have drowned while swimming late at night in the holiday resort of Salou, Tarragona last month.
The paper exercise only took place at the Coroner's Office at Bury St Edmunds Police Station this afternoon.
Mr Porter had worked as a chef at The Bell pub in Haverhill.
