There are so many examples of inspirational women in Suffolk who make a difference to our lives.

From leaders in business, the arts, sports, schools and charities, they are not only changing lives today but acting as wonderful role models for future generations - so they can go and change the world in the future too.

That is why it is so important you nominate those who you think deserve to be recognised in our Inspiring Women initiative.

In the 100th year since women got the vote, this newspaper is recognising 100 females who are making a difference - because their tireless work deserves to be recognised and could inspire thousands more.

Send your nominations by email to or by post to Inspiring Suffolk Women, features department, East Anglian Daily Times, Portman House, 120 Princes Street, Ipswich, IP1 1RS.
