Ipswich: Appeal for information after attempted robbery in town

Police are appealing for information today after an attempted robbery in Felixstowe on Monday.

The incident happened at about 9.20pm, opposite Aldi, when three men approached a male with one of them demanding his possessions.

The three men assaulted the man and ran off towards Felixstowe Road. Nothing was stolen during the incident and he sustained reddening to his face because of the incident.

The three men were all wearing black masks.

The first offender is male, about 6ft, of slim build, between 19 and 20-years-old. He was wearing a black hooded jacket, black trousers with a white pattern and dragon design and black Nike gloves.

The second man is white, about 5ft 9ins tall, of average build, roughly the same age as the first man and he was wearing a hooded top with white stripes on the arms.

The third man was wearing a dark hooded top.
