IPSWICH Town midfielder Guraine N’Daw appeared before Ipswich magistrates today charged with actual bodily harm.
The 28-year-old, of Neptune Square, Ipswich, is accused of assaulting Bigue Ndiaye N’Daw in an alleged domestic incident on March 15.
N’Daw, who is currently on loan from French side St Etienne, was due to be among the substitutes during Ipswich’s 1-0 win at Portman Road against Bolton on March 16 but missed the match after being taken into custody the previous evening following his arrest at Ipswich Hospital.
His case was adjourned today for a week in order that a translator can be present in court. He will appear again on April 9.
